I treat the business requirement as a constraint, not a suggestion. That means understanding what success looks like before writing the first line, and adjusting when it changes mid-sprint.

The work I'm most proud of crossed team lines — built with product managers who owned the roadmap, QA who found what I missed, and engineers who pushed back when the solution could be better.

When I'm not at a screen, I'm usually running or on a bike. The hours outside that: games, films, and whatever's been on Spotify.
